Sattva Lake Ridge visit: Is it genuinely livable?

Visited Sattva Lake Ridge site last week, and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya hai. Finally taking the plunge to buy. The project looks good on paper, but I'm wondering about actual livability. Kya yeh genuinely achha hoga for daily life, ya sirf brochure mein sahi lag raha hai? Also, neighborhood quality ka kya scene hai? Schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? My main concern is the apartment layout and carpet area efficiency. Brochure mein jo dikhaate hain, real mein waisa hi hota hai kya? EMI vs rent math is stressful, so don't want to make a mistake. Any real experiences or advice on this upcoming project?
