I had a terrible experience with another builder in Begumpet. They promised the world, but after possession, the maintenance charges were astronomical, and basic repairs took ages. The amenities were half-finished. So, U1, your point about maintenance is valid. Amenities are just a marketing gimmick for first-time buyers like us. We need a solid structure, not a fancy clubhouse that costs a bomb to maintain.
U8, which builder was that in Begumpet? Just so I can avoid them. It's so hard to trust anyone these days. Did you face any legal issues?

Bilkul sahi kaha, U5. Upcoming projects mein risk zyada lagta hai. Ready-to-move better hain, but they are so expensive.

And what's the official possession date they're committing to? 2028 seems far off, gives them a lot of time to mess things up.
Yaar, Sattva ka track record toh decent hai. Aur Lake Ridge ki location bhi achhi hai, near Attapur. Resale value ka toh pata nahi, but rental income ka potential toh hai.
Totally agree, bhai. Amenities ka koi fayda nahi agar main project hi theek na ho. Price badha dete hain bas.
