Visited Sattva Lake Ridge last weekend in Tellapur and it looked pretty good on paper. Honestly, I'm just so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. The EMI vs rent math is starting to make sense. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK, so Salarpuria Sattva's project is in the range. What I'm really worried about is the builder's financial health. Heard stories about projects stalling in Hyderabad and don't want to get stuck. Is Salarpuria Sattva financially sound? And what's the word-of-mouth like among residents there or their other projects? Are people generally happy post-possession? Just need some real talk before I commit.
