Honestly, I'm finding this whole flat-buying process a bit overwhelming. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore, just a compact 2BHK. I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge, but water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Tanker dependency kitni rehti hai, ya bilkul reliable hai? Aur elevators ka bhi concern hai, especially since I'm looking for a higher floor. Response time kaisa hai, maintenance theek rehti hai ya nahi? Resale of existing property will fund this, so don't want any post-possession headaches.

Same concern here! I heard about water issues near Alwal where some new apartments are coming up. For Sattva Lake Ridge, I'd definitely be worried about tanker dependency, especially with so many units. Elevators bhi check karna high-rise mein, bahut crucial hai.
Water supply toh bahut bada issue hai Hyderabad mein, especially for new projects. Sattva ka track record bhi mixed hai yaar, especially for their larger developments. Make sure to check their past projects for maintenance issues, builder often promises a lot before possession.
