Currently in a 2BHK in Kondapur, I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya villa. Sattva Lake Ridge dekha tha, location toh sahi hai. But water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Builder bolta reliable, but real life mein tanker pe depend karna padta hai kya? Yaar, current flat mein sometimes issue hota hai, I don't want that again. Is it worth the premium for a 3BHK?

Yaar, OP, exactly my thoughts! Builders ke promises pe toh ab bharosa hi nahi hota. Main bhi 3BHK dekh raha hoon, but water supply sabse bada headache hai. Current flat mein bhi tanker mangwana padta hai har doosre din. What kind of premium are they quoting for a 3BHK there? Aur is it really worth it for an upcoming project?
