Carpet area in Sattva Lake Ridge's 3BHKs is surprisingly good, but there's a catch. My flat's balcony is west-facing, and the afternoon sun is intense, making the living room unusable without heavy AC. Wish I knew this before. Any tips for managing this heat effectively? Also, what's the real deal with water pressure on higher floors? My 15th-floor unit seems a bit low.

Bhai, this is exactly why I'm always wary of 'UPCOMING' projects, especially with a possession date of 2028-01-01. Builders often rush things, and quality issues like low water pressure or poor ventilation design become apparent only after you move in. Plus, Sattva has 897 units, which is a huge project; managing quality for so many units can be tough. Did anyone check their past projects in areas like Ameerpet? What was the feedback there?
I actually visited one of their completed projects in Banjara Hills. The water pressure was fine, but the common area maintenance was a bit neglected after a couple
Ameerpet mein I heard their previous project was decent. But 897 units is a different ball game altogether.
Totally agree. My brother booked a flat with them near Attapur, got delayed by almost a year. Quality was also just okay-ish for the price. So, be careful.
Totally relate, yaar! I'm also considering Sattva Lake Ridge, and this west-facing balcony issue is a big red flag for me. Hyderabad ki garmi mein, AC bill toh double ho jaayega. Water pressure on higher floors is a common complaint everywhere, so that's concerning too. Thanks for sharing this, it's making me think twice about booking. I really wish they had better design considerations for our climate.
True, AC bills are a nightmare. But some people say reflective glass or thick curtains help a lot. Have you considered those options, ya fir woh bhi kaam nahi karte?
Haan bhai, same experience. My friend bought a west-facing in Alwal, regretting it big time.
