Sattva Lake Ridge – I'm finally looking to buy, fed up of renting yaar. EMI vs rent ka math ab samajh aa raha hai. Site visit pe gaya, construction quality kaisi lagi logon ko? Water supply ka kya scene hai wahan, tanker dependency kitni? Aur noise levels ka bhi batao please. Is it too close to main roads?

Yaar, location toh mast hai
Bhai, Sattva ka track record thoda mixed hai. Especially for upcoming projects. Possession date 2028 hai, that's still so far. Market conditions in Hyderabad are also a bit tricky with interest rates. Just be careful with bookings this early.
But isn't it good to buy early for better prices? I thought the further out the possession, the lower the initial cost?
Totally agree! My uncle got stuck with a builder whose project near Ameerpet was delayed by 3 years. He lost so much money in rent while waiting. These long possession dates are a red flag, especially for first-time buyers who are investing their life savings. Always factor in potential delays and associated costs.

Main road se thoda andar hai, so noise might not be a huge problem once construction finishes. But approach road abhi bhi under development hai.
Water supply is a big issue in that belt. Tanker dependency is high for most apartments there, especially during summer. My friend lives near Banjara Hills and even they face issues, so imagine this area.
Construction quality on paper is one thing, on site is another. Still looks like early foundation work. They've got a long way to go till the 2028 possession date.
