Sattva Lake Ridge: What's the real investor-end user split?
Is Sattva Lake Ridge already looking like an investor-heavy project? Been renting for years, landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at Sattva Lake Ridge for investment, not immediate stay. My main concern is the investor-to-end-user ratio there. Don't want to buy into a ghost society, you know? What's the scene like on site visits? Are most buyers there looking to rent it out too? Or are there actual families planning to move in? Also, thinking about exit strategy in 5-7 years. If it's mostly investors, will there be enough end-user demand to buy me out later? What's your take on the resale potential if the balance is off? Any insights on this would be super helpful.

Meri ek friend ne Banjara Hills ke paas ek project mein invest kiya tha, similar situation. Builder ne bola tha families aayengi but 80% flats are empty or rented out to bachelors. Resale mein bahut problem aayi usko. Sattva Lake Ridge ka possession 2028-01-01 hai, kaafi time hai abhi. But if the investor trend continues, toh 5-7 years mein exit strategy mushkil ho sakti hai. Bhai, this is a very valid point. I've seen projects near Attapur turn into ghost towns because sab ne investment ke liye le liya. Nobody actually lives there. Sattva Lake Ridge is upcoming, total units 897, so this ratio becomes super critical. I'm also looking there, but this concern has me thinking twice.

Exactly! Ghost society ka darr toh rehta hi hai. Resale value ka kya hoga fir?
Totally agree with your concern. I visited the site last month, and most people I spoke to in the sales office were asking about rental potential, not schools or daily commute. It felt very investor-driven. They even showed me projected rental incomes. Families didn't seem to be the primary target.
