Sattva Lake Ridge's amenity promises are a complete sham, honestly. We sold our big house, thinking we'd get a nice compact flat with a lively clubhouse for socialising. The brochure showed so much. But the reality? The so-called multi-purpose hall is always locked or booked for private events, and the 'senior citizen lounge' is just an empty room with a few dusty chairs. It's not the community hub we were told it would be. Is anyone else at Sattva Lake Ridge feeling this bait-and-switch with the facilities? Feels like a genuine home is missing.

U2, I think OP is talking about how the builder markets it versus what they actually deliver or *plan* to deliver. It's a common tactic. My friend booked a flat in a project near Attapur, and they
Yaar, this is bad to hear. I was actually considering Sattva Lake Ridge. But the project is still UPCOMING, right? Possession date 2028 hai. How can amenities be a sham already? Are you talking about the sample flat or something else?
Haan, U2. Builders ke brochures pe bharosa karna mushkil hai.
U2, exactly! The OP probably means the *vision* they sold versus the reality. They show you grand plans for the clubhouse, but then the actual management or design makes it unusable. The possession date is 2028, yes, so the actual amenities aren't fully operational, but the *intent* and *management* are already visible, maybe in other projects or how they're handling things now.
Totally feel you, bhai. This is exactly what I'm scared of. Brochure mein sab kuch golden dikhta hai, real life mein kuch aur hi hota hai. So stressful for first-time buyers like us.
