Sattva Lake Ridge's green spaces are a marketing illusion.

Everyone glorifies Sattva Lake Ridge's design, but their green spaces and play areas look cramped. Are these genuinely usable, or just brochure filler? I'm in a 2BHK now, is the 3BHK premium worth it?

Totally agree with the OP. Sattva Lake Ridge's green spaces look so photoshopped, almost like they crammed it in. Is the 3BHK premium really worth it if these basic amenities are compromised? I'm currently in a 2BHK and dreaming of more space, but not at the cost of a fake 'green life'.

Haan bhai, premium for 3BHK is just too much if the amenities aren't up to mark. My friend also said the same thing about their project in Banjara
