Sattva Lake Ridge's initial snag list is a proper headache.

Sattva Lake Ridge – I thought this was the one, honestly. Just moved in last month to my 3BHK. Site visits pe sab sahi lag raha tha, but now living here, actual problems are showing. Yaar, kitchen sink mein drainage issue hai already. Bathroom fittings are a bit flimsy, and ek wall pe minor hairline crack dikh raha hai. Builder ko bola hai, but response time is slow. Also, the promised 'grand' clubhouse abhi bhi under construction hai, not fully functional. Not sure if this is normal for new projects or I just got unlucky. What was your experience with snag lists and amenity delivery post-possession? Did builders fix everything properly and on time, ya we're on our own? Any tips for getting things done?
