Brochure mein sab sahi lagta hai, amenities bhi acchi hain, but real world mein kaisa hai? Specifically, neighborhood quality ka kya scene hai? Schools, grocery stores, hospitals kitne paas hain? My parents keep saying location is key, aur mujhe lagta hai thoda outer side hai. Gachibowli/Financial District ka commute kaisa rehta hai wahan se? Kitna time lag jaata hai morning peak hours mein? Aur maintenance charges ka kya haal hai? Upcoming project hai toh future mein kitna expect karna chahiye? Don't want any surprises baad mein.
