₹1.3 Cr for a 3BHK at Sattva Lake Ridge – so many promises, but is it just on paper? Upcoming project hai, honestly, I'm worried about amenity quality. Gym, pool dikhate hain, par will they be maintained well? Daily life mein kitna useful hoga? Any real advice?
