Sattva Lake Ridge's rental potential seems overhyped to me, honestly. I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself, so I'm relying heavily on community insights for an investment property in Hyderabad. With it being an upcoming project, I'm worried about attracting quality tenants and getting a decent rental yield in that specific micro-market. Are the schools and hospitals within 2km actually good for families, or is that just brochure talk? For someone like me overseas, registry and documentation smoothness is a huge concern. I'd need a reliable property manager and a clean power of attorney process. Has anyone here dealt with Sattva's legal team from afar for an upcoming project? Is it a nightmare or fairly streamlined post-possession? Any insights on actual rental demand specifically around Sattva Lake Ridge would be super helpful.

My personal experience with an upcoming project in Hyderabad was a mess. Builder ne possession date do baar extend kar di, aur jo rental yield expect kiya tha, woh half bhi nahi mila. Sattva ka track record generally theek hai, but upcoming projects mein delays are almost a given. Plus, 897 units hain is project mein, itni supply market mein ek saath aayegi toh rental values pe pressure toh aayega hi. Be very careful with projections for 2028.
897 units is a lot, I agree with U5. Will there be enough demand for quality tenants by 2028 to fill all these? What's the average rental yield people are actually getting in similar upcoming
Sahi kaha, delays are very common. U6, I've heard similar stories from friends who booked near Gachibowli in projects with large unit counts. Plus, with so many new projects coming up, the rental market already feels saturated in some parts of Hyderabad. Ameerpet side is still decent but even there, competition is high for tenants.
Which area was that project in, if you don't mind sharing? Helps us avoid similar pitfalls.

Jab project upcoming ho aur possession 2028 mein ho, tab tak market conditions kitni change ho jayengi, kaun jaanta hai? Specially for an investment property, it's a huge risk. Quality tenants aur decent rental yield Hyderabad mein ab itna easy nahi hai, especially in newer, developing areas. I'm also a first-time buyer, aur ye uncertainty bohot darr lagati hai.
The POA part is what gets me. For us NRI, ye sab process bahar se manage karna bada headache hai. If Sattva's legal team isn't smooth, it will be a nightmare.
