My lease ends in 4 months. I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge. Honestly, I'm worried about reliable water supply and the kids' play area. Is the water usually consistent, or are tankers common? Is the play zone safe and genuinely usable for families?

Mere ek dost ne Attapur mein ek project mein invest kiya tha, builder ne 2 saal tak delay kiya aur phir amenities bhi cut kar di. Iska RERA ID kya hai? Bina RERA ke toh investment risky hai.

Bhai, Begumpet mein mere ek relative ne flat liya tha, 2 saal tak tanker se kaam chalaya. Builder ne bola tha borewell hai, but woh bhi dry ho gaya tha. Sattva Lake Ridge ko water supply kahan se milta hai, borewell ya HMWSSB connection? Ye clear hona chahiye booking se pehle, warna badme bahut problem hoti hai.
Play area ka toh bas photo hi achha hota hai. Real mein kuch aur hi hota hai. Don't trust the brochures blindly.
