Sattva Signet: Real Carpet Area vs. Brochure Promise?

Is Sattva Signet actually delivering on its promises for a family upgrade? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of a 3BHK here. Builders often show great layouts on paper, but carpet area feels small in person. For ₹1.53 Cr+, is the space justification worth it for daily living? Aur actual community vibe kaisi hai, yaar?

Yaar, I saw the sample flat for Sattva Signet. Brochure mein toh 3BHK looks massive, but actual carpet area bahut chhota laga for 1.5 Cr+. Is it just me or do all builders do this? My current 2BHK in Aavalahalli feels bigger sometimes.
