Brochure mein amenities sab mast lag rahi hain, par real mein kitna use hoti hain? Especially clubhouse aur sports facilities... ghost facility toh nahi ban jaati baad mein? Aur maintenance charges ke against service quality kaisi hai? Worth it hai kya? Koi wahan rehta hai ya visit kiya hai toh please batao, EMI vs rent ka math ab clear karna hai.

1.3 Cr for Satya The Hive Mohali seems okay. Builder amenities ka ground reality kya hai? Pool, gym functional hain? Society vibe kaisi hai? Daily livability par feedback chahiye.

Budget finalized, loan pre-approved – ab Satya The Hive dekh raha hoon Mohali mein. I work in real estate, but khud ke liye buying is different, yaar. Construction quality aur promised amenities ka ground reality kya hai? Log kehte hain cracks, seepage common hai. Maintenance charges bhi sahi hain ya bas naam ke liye?
