Satya Villa mein construction quality ka kya experience raha hai logon ka? My kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. We're selling our old house, toh ek manageable 2BHK ya 3BHK chahiye in Noida, especially near a good hospital. Main concern hai construction quality. Brochure mein toh sab acha lagta hai but plaster cracks, seepage jaisi issues toh nahi aati baad mein? Honestly, I'm worried about hidden problems after possession. Aur ek baat, post-possession maintenance charges kitne lagte hain wahan? Suna hai kuch builders bahut high rakhte hain, we need something reasonable. Is society mein residents ka word-of-mouth kaisa hai? Koi feedback share kar sakta hai kya? We need a good society for peace of mind.
