Satya Villa's construction quality is a major concern

My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and need a manageable 2BHK. I visited Satya Villa in Noida Extension and the finishing seemed a bit rough. Are their post-possession maintenance charges fair? What's the actual word-of-mouth about Satya Construction's projects? I don't want hidden costs down the line.
