Satyam Apartment investors, resale value ka kya scene hai?

Honestly, I'm regretting my Satyam Apartment buy. Based in Dubai, I can't check ground reality. Price appreciation toh dikh nahi rahi. Resale market kaisa hai? Koi exit strategy suggest karo, please.

Yaar, I can totally relate to your situation. Satyam Apartment ka resale value toh sunke hi log bhaag jaate hain. My uncle also had a bad experience with a project by the same developer in Alaknanda a few years ago. Did you get any clear commitment on appreciation when you bought it? I'm curious because many builders promise the moon initially.
