Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Saviour Myra in Ghaziabad looks decent on paper, price range ₹40-50L seems okay. But is it actually good to live in daily? Yaar, amenities ka kya scene hai, woh swimming pool, gym sab kaam karte hain ya bas showpiece hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly logon se milna hota hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Any residents here, please share your real experience post-possession. EMI vs rent math is almost clear, just need ground reality.
