25 saal purana ghar bechke ab Saviour Vridhi Towers mein 2BHK dekh raha hoon. Kids moved out, don't need such a big place. Builder ka construction quality kaisa hai after 1-2 saal? Cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? Maintenance charges ke against service theek milti hai ya bas naam ke liye? Manageable society chahiye.

Noida ke current market conditions mein, builders par trust karna bahut risky hai. Demand high hai, toh quality compromise kar dete hain. People are desperate to buy, so builders take advantage. It's a tough situation for first-time buyers like us.

Totally agree. Savior ka track record in general bahut average raha hai. Mere cousin ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein ek project mein liya tha, construction quality 2 saal baad hi down ho gayi thi. Cracks, seepage sab aana shuru ho gaya tha.

Aap keh rahe ho construction quality ka issue hai, but kya actual possession date mili hai unhone? RERA ka toh 2023-06-30 tha, woh toh nikal gaya. Maintenance charges ke naam par builders loot te hain, service milti hai ya nahi, ye bhi batao koi. Manageable society milna mushkil hai aajkal.
Maintenance charges toh har jagah ka rona hai. Savior Vridhi mein bhi same kahani hai. Bas naam ke liye gym aur club house bana dete hain, baki basic cleaning aur security mein bhi problem aati hai. Service ke naam pe zero.
Haan yaar, possession mein toh delay hai hi. Aur maintenance charges ke liye bhi suni hai ki bahut high hain for the kind of facilities they offer. Total units 830 hain, itne logon mein se kitne log complain kar rahe hain, ye bhi dekhna padega.
Sahi pakde ho! Possession date toh sirf kagaz pe hai. RERA number UPRERAPRJ6187 dikhate zaroor hain, but delay toh pakka hai. Mera ek friend wahan invest kiya tha, abhi tak flat nahi mila hai. Naya date de rahe hain 2024 end ka, woh bhi pakka nahi hai. Builder ne toh bilkul ignore kar diya hai sab queries.
