Saviour Vridhi Towers owners: What's the real deal with amenities and quality?
I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. I'm looking at Saviour Vridhi Towers in Greater Noida. On paper, amenities and construction quality look good, but we all know marketing decks can be misleading. Kya yahan actual residents hain? How's the construction quality holding up after a year or so? I'm worried about cracks, seepage, you know, the usual issues. And the promised clubhouse, swimming pool, kids play area... are they actually usable or just for show? Maintenance charges ke against value for money milta hai kya? Please share your honest experiences, off the record.

I was about to book here last year, but then I heard some rumors about fund diversion from another project. Not sure if it's true, but it made me hesitant. Anyone else hear anything like this? It's a big investment, can't take risks.
Mujhe bhi bohot interest tha Saviour Vridhi Towers mein. Par jab maine RERA number UPRERAPRJ6187 check kiya, possession date 2023-06-30 dikha raha hai. Aur abhi tak toh kisi ko actual possession mila nahi hai, na? Total units 830 hain, toh itne saare families wait kar rahi hongi. This delay itself is a red flag for me. How can they claim to be ongoing when the RERA date is passed?
Haan, exactly! My broker told me they are still doing finishing work. That's a huge delay. Builders often show an early RERA date to attract buyers, then keep extending. It's frustrating.
Hey U1, I also visited Vridhi Towers last month. The sample flat looked good, but haan, that's just a sample. Main concern mera bhi quality aur amenities ka hai. Especially with the prices ranging from ₹84 L to ₹1.4 Cr, you expect top-notch stuff. Any insights on the actual build quality, especially the common areas?
I agree with U3. The price point is quite high for Greater Noida, even with the current market conditions where prices are generally up. But if the quality isn't there, it's just not worth it. Have you checked the RERA filings for quality reports?
Common areas ka to pata nahi, but my cousin lives in a different Saviour project and lifts are always breaking down. Maintenance team bhi bahut slow hai. So yeah, common areas can be a big headache.
Bhai, Saviour Vridhi Towers? Be very careful. My friend booked in their other project near Alpha II and the possession got delayed by almost 2 years. Builder ka track record dekh lo pehle. These amenities often look great on paper, but actual delivery is a different story.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Possession date 2023-06-30 thi na? Toh abhi toh ideally sabko mil gaya hoga, right? Agar abhi tak nahi mila toh problem hai.
Exactly! I heard the same about their project in Ajayabpur. Builder promises bahut bade karte hain, but construction quality suffers when they rush. Did your friend finally get possession?
