Yaar, Saya Zion ready hai, I know. But 82L se 1.5 Cr for a first-time buyer? That's a huge jump. Mera budget toh 70-80L tak hi hai max. Aur 2019 ki possession hai, toh ab toh resale hi hoga na? Kya lagta hai, is it worth paying such a premium for a 'ready-to-move' flat when Dasnac Burj might offer better entry pricing? Plus, Dasnac ke plans dekh raha tha, layout accha lag raha hai. But under construction ka darr toh hai hi. Koi batao, Saya Zion mein hidden costs kitne the final settlement mein?
Hidden costs toh har project mein hote hain. Saya Zion mein maintenance, club membership, parking, registry fees milake easily 5-7 lakh upar chale jaate hain. Mera ek friend ne liya hai Alpha I Greater Noida mein
