Sayog Apartment mein investment sahi hai?

My current 2BHK in Dwarka feels too small now, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK for better rental income. Sayog Apartment in New Delhi dekh raha hoon. Iska capital appreciation kaisa raha hai past mein? Not sure if the premium is worth it. Kya yahan rental yield actual mein acchi hai? Matlab, kitna expect kar sakte hain monthly? Aur iski resale market kitni liquid hai? Investors ke liye exit strategy kya rehti hai generally? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
