Loan pre-approved, now stuck on SBR Keerthi. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know. Amenities look great on paper, but actual daily usage kya hai? Is the floor plan practical? Neighbourhood ka vibe and daily convenience, especially schools, are important. Honest experiences, please.
