Scaling down in Hyderabad: My broker confusion
Nampally keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Kids have moved out, so my big house feels too much now. I'm looking for a compact 2BHK or 3BHK, something low maintenance in a good society. Resale of my existing property is almost done. I've been checking out Salarpuria Sattva projects, they look promising. But honestly, dealing with brokers is getting confusing. They all claim "exclusive deals" or "better pricing" than going direct. Is it actually true? Or are they just adding their cut? Should I try to negotiate directly with the builder first? Also, where in Hyderabad can you still find some value? Prices in Gachibowli are crazy for a smaller place. Not sure if it's worth it. Any advice on finding a good, quiet society, maybe near a hospital?
