Is SCC Blossom's power backup actually full flat backup ya sirf common areas? Brochure mein toh sab 24/7 water supply aur full backup dikhate hain. But Ghaziabad mein real experience kitna reliable hota hai in projects? Also, children's play area kitna usable hota hai? Dekhne mein toh accha lagta hai site visit pe, but baad mein maintenance aur safety ka kya scene hota hai? Jo log wahan rehte hain, please share your real experiences. Yaar, maine ek project mein booking ki thi 2 saal pehle, nearby Abhay Khand mein. Brochure mein 24/7 water supply aur 'full power backup' likha tha. Pura flat backup sirf 2-3 ghante chalata hai, uske baad inverter bhi bol jaata hai. Aur paani ka bhi same scene, kabhi pressure nahi hota. So, yes, you are NOT overthinking. These 'small details' become a headache everyday. Builder bas RERA number UPRERAPRJ735034 dikha ke kaam chala lete hain, but actual delivery mein bahut farak hota hai.
