₹75 lakh for a 2BHK at SCC Blossom is a lot, even for Ghaziabad. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin. But genuinely, is it good to live daily, ya bas glossy brochures mein acha lagta hai? Everyone glorifies the amenities, but are they practical? Will society ka maintenance high ho jayega for things no one uses? Schools, hospitals kitne close hain? Neighbourhood vibe kaisi hai? Change my mind.
