SD Aura Vista residents, what's the real story inside?

Is SD Aura Vista actually good for families or just looks good in the brochures? We're a family of four, need a 3BHK, and my wife's really focused on finding a safe place with good schools nearby for the kids. Heard great things, but talking to residents, I'm getting worried. The amenities, like the kids' play area and clubhouse, seem to have constant issues or aren't maintained well. Feels like what was promised vs. delivered is a big gap. What's the actual community vibe like? Is it friendly? We want a place where our children can grow up comfortably, not just another concrete box. Anyone living there now, what's your real take on daily life quality and maintenance charges?
