Searching for my first 2BHK: Is Greater Noida already priced in?
Sector 75 keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Everyone's talking about Jewar Airport and the FNG Expressway driving prices, and how the Aqua Line extensions will make everything accessible. Honestly, I think it's all making people blind to the actual affordability. Are we sure these massive projects are going to push up prices uniformly across Greater Noida, or are certain pockets just being overhyped already? My parents keep saying to buy near future infra, but properties around Sector 150 or Yamuna Expressway are already so expensive. I'm looking for a 2BHK, maybe ₹70-80L. Is the investment window for truly affordable properties near these corridors actually closed? Or are there still some hidden gems? Change my mind if I'm wrong, but it feels like the big appreciation has already factored in.
