Visited a few projects in Sector 150 last weekend, like ATS and Godrej. Prices are definitely up, around ₹1.5 Cr for a good 3BHK. My accountant is pushing me to maximize tax savings this time. I'm looking at options for Section 80C and 24, but also thinking long-term with 54EC if I sell my old property. Kya lagta hai, is it worth locking funds purely for tax benefits, or should I just focus on ROI? What's your experience with these tax strategies in Noida Extension?
