Upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 82 to a 3BHK on Sohna Road. Ansal API ke kuch projects dekhe hain, but floor-rise premium aur PLC kaafi lag raha hai. Is it really worth paying extra for a higher floor, ya secondary market mein better deals mil jaati hain? Already have a home loan, so har extra cost matters. What's been your experience with negotiating on resale properties in Gurugram?

Bhai, secondary market mein bhi sab doodh ke dhule nahi hote. Kabhi kabhi toh title issues, ya phir society maintenance dues ka problem nikal aata hai. Naye mein at least builder ki responsibility
Totally agree! Naye projects mein toh hidden costs aur premium itne hote hain ki budget out ho jaata hai. Secondary market mein transparency zyada rehti hai, aur negotiation ka scope bhi milta hai. Maine bhi Ansal API ke projects dekhe hain, same feeling aayi thi.
Airport Road mein kahan? Kaunsa project? Mujhe bhi wahan pasand hai.
Exactly! Last year, I was looking for a 2.5BHK near Airport Road. Builders were quoting absurd prices for new launches, plus all those extra charges like club membership, car parking, etc. Ended up finding a fantastic resale flat in Sector 102, fully furnished, and got it for almost 15% less than a similar new unit. The owner was keen to sell quickly, so negotiation was easier. Just make sure all papers are clear.
