Secondary market deals in Faridabad are the real goldmine
Not proud of this but I almost missed out on a killer deal thinking new launches were always better. After moving into Sector 35 two months ago, I'm convinced secondary market deals in Faridabad are totally underrated. Everyone chases new projects near DM Expressway, but the real value, bhai, is in resale. I got my 3BHK for ₹95L, easily ₹10-15L cheaper than new launches with similar specs. Negotiating on resale is a game changer. Builder toh 'fixed price' bolta hai, aur phir PLC, OC, parking ke naam pe extra paisa nikalte hain. Goyal Estate Agency helped me find a motivated seller, and we actually knocked off a decent chunk. With resale, what you see is what you get, no hidden charges later. Is it just me, ya secondary market mein real value hai Faridabad mein? Change my mind.

Bhai, 95L for a 3BHK in Sector 35 sounds good, but what about the age of the building? Maintenance charges must be higher for older societies, no? And what about RERA protection for resale?

Totally agree! I've been looking near Sector 80-85, and new projects are just too expensive. Resale seems like the only option for my budget for a 3BHK.
