Since March, I've been checking out properties around Sector 85, even looked at some Spiti Projects LLP stuff. Honestly, I thought secondary market deals would have more negotiation scope, like maybe 5-7% off. But everyone's quoting pretty firm. Are spot discounts from builders even real? Or is it just another sales tactic to push bookings? My parents keep saying resale is always better value, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. Anyone actually gotten a good deal on a 3BHK resale here?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Main bhi pichle 4 mahine se Sector 85 aur uske aas paas dekh raha hoon, Spiti ke bhi kuch projects check kiye. Resale mein log aise quote karte hain jaise gold rate ho. Negotiation ke naam pe 1-2% bhi mushkil se milta hai. Lagta hai sab 'deal' sirf paper pe hi hoti hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Airport Road side bhi same haal hai. Prices toh asmaan ch
