Secondary market deals offer better negotiation in Delhi.
Secondary market deals in Delhi have way more negotiation scope than new projects. I'm looking at a 3BHK, budget around ₹1.8-2 Cr, maybe around Netaji Nagar Market or Dwarka. Honestly, not sure if I should go for a new flat from someone like Delhi Developer or a resale. New projects mein kitna real negotiation possible hai? Builders bolte hain fixed price, but can you actually knock off 5-10% of the property value? Aur secondary market mein, ek older flat pe kitna negotiation room hota hai? Log bolte hain wahan zyada flexibility milti hai. Plus, all-in costs ka kya scene hai? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... yeh sab milake kitna extra ho jata hai? Investor hoon, so total acquisition cost is super important for my ROI. Which option makes more sense?
