Bhai, you're not wrong about new projects being overpriced. V5 Group ka toh pata nahi, but even in Alpha I Greater Noida, new launches are crazy expensive. Secondary market mein at least 10-15% ka scope ban jaata hai. But NRI ke liye remote dealing is tough.
