Honestly, I'm completely thrown by how much extra cost there is beyond the property price. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Pocket 8, around ₹1.6 Cr, but builder Vats Developers ki final quote mein PLC, parking, and stamp duty add karke it's shooting up. Negotiation pe kitna expect kar sakte hain? I heard secondary market mein better deals milte hain. Kya resale mein genuinely zyada bargaining power hoti hai compared to new projects?

Yaar, I completely get your frustration. Vats Developers ka track record sunke hi darr lagta hai. Builder toh loot te hain, Alaknanda mein bhi same haal hai, builders hidden charges daal hi dete hain. My cousin was looking at a property near Anand Niketan, same story, initial quote was good but then PLC, club membership, IFMS sab add kar ke it shot up by 15-20%.
