Secondary market deals vs new projects in Mohali?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Mohali Sector 90 seems steep. My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Secondary market mein negotiation ka scope kitna hota hai, compared to new projects like Emaar or Godrej? Builders se spot discount milta hai kya, ya resale mein zyada bargaining power?

Absolutely agree! Builders mostly give freebies like ACs ya modular kitchen, not actual price cuts. Resale mein

Bhai, 1.8 Cr for Sec 90 is definitely on the higher side, especially for a first-time buyer. New projects mein toh builders hardly budge on price, maybe a few lakhs max on paper. Resale mein you can definitely push for more, especially if the seller is in a hurry or facing some financial crunch. Meri toh yahi salah hai.
