Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. New launches on Dwarka Expressway get all the hype, par secondary market ka kya? My experience says resale flats, especially distress sales, offer better negotiation. 4S Developers jaise builders ka PLC/floor rise premium high hota hai. Is that premium worth it, or is a bank-funded resale better? Change my mind.

Totally agree with your dilemma, bhai. My budget is similar, and Dwarka Expressway ke new launches ki prices dekh ke darr lagta hai. Upar se, possession ka guarantee bhi nahi. Secondary market mein at least ready-to-move mil jata hai. Par wahan bhi sahi deal dhoondna mushkil hai. Kya pata kahan se shuru karein?
