Builder ne completion date teen baar extend kar di hai, aur ab toh quality bhi suspect lag rahi hai. Secondary market mein at least you see what you get. Leisure Valley mein ek friend ne 3BHK liya, 8% negotiate kar ke, aur possession bhi mil gaya. No headache. This is the real deal for first-timers like us.
