Bhai, 5-7% off on resale in Greater Noida? Especially in a well-established sector like 51 and for a known builder like Pan Realtors? Mujhe toh yeh negotiation ka figure bohot optimistic lag raha hai. Aajkal builders khud bhi discounts nahi de rahe, secondary market mein kya milega.
Totally agree, U1. I tried negotiating a resale in Alpha I Greater Noida last month, seller wouldn't budge even 2%. My budget is already stretched and I was hoping for
