My budget is finalised and loan pre-approved, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. I'm looking at a 3BHK in DLF Phase 3 or Dwarka Expressway. Builders like Sunder Homes quote prices, but yaar, all-in cost keeps growing. How much should I budget for stamp duty and registration in Gurgaon? Any ways to save? Also, this floor-rise premium, does it give better resale value or just builder ka extra kamaai? I'm wondering if secondary market mein better deals milte hain compared to new projects. What's your take?

Bhai, secondary market mein bhi dhyaan rakhna padta hai. Brokerage, renovation costs, aur kai baar society charges jo outstanding hote hain, woh sab add ho jaate hain. Plus, floor-rise premium ka toh mujhe bhi samajh nahi
Totally agree yaar! Secondary market mein transparency zyada rehti hai aur ready-to-move milta hai. Builders ke hidden charges aur delays se toh darr lagta hai. Gurgaon mein toh yeh common hai, especially with all the new projects coming up.
