Secondary market Sohna: The real game for investors?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 55, Sohna Road. Ramprastha Group ka ek project dekha, unka latest launch. Matlab, they're charging so much for floor-rise premium and PLC. ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK on a higher floor, but similar unit neeche mil raha hai for ₹1.6 Cr. Is it really worth paying that extra 20L for a "better view" ya just builder ka tareeka hai to inflate prices? As an investor, ROI pe kitna farak padega, yaar? I'm fed up of renting and my landlord just raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge, but confused. Should I push for a deal on new launch ya Sohna ke secondary market mein koi underpriced asset mil sakta hai? Suna hai wahan negotiation scope zyada hota hai.
