Secret charges after possession in Noida – kya scene hai?

Honestly not sure about investing in Noida anymore. Just moved into a place by ATS last month, and the hidden charges at possession hit me hard. PLC, EDC, IDC...it all added up! Kisi ko pata hai, is this normal with all builders here? Thinking of selling and moving elsewhere, but heard resale value isn't great with Supertech. Has anyone had a good resale experience with them? Should I just cut my losses now? Heard mixed reviews about Godrej as well, especially about post-possession maintenance. Is it worth the hype? Any insights would be super helpful. I'm so confused!
