Are there any Section 24 hacks for Sohna properties that most buyers miss? I'm in real estate myself, but buying my own 3BHK on Sohna Road and suddenly feel like a first-timer. You know how builders push construction-linked plans. I'm trying to maximise deductions. Beyond 80C and 54EC, what creative ways are people using Section 24 for tax savings on their EMIs? Especially with those PLC charges. Any off-the-record tips for a new purchase in Sohna? Hope this helps someone else too.

Sohna Road pe 3BHK? Bhai, Section 24 toh theek hai, but pehle yeh dekho ki builder ka track record kya hai. Maine suna hai udhar ka construction quality aur possession delays bahut common hain. Especially with construction-linked plans, they can really drag it out. Make sure your agreement mentions penalties for delays. Otherwise, EMI bhi doge aur rent bhi, deduction ka kya fayda? PLC charges are a scam, try to negotiate them out.
