Moving to a smaller flat feels like a tax maze, honestly. Humne apna bada ghar becha hai, ab Noida mein kuch manageable dekh rahe hain, maybe 2BHK ya compact 3BHK Sector 78 mein. Kids have moved out, itna space nahi chahiye ab. But resale se jo paisa aaya hai, uska tax implications samajh nahi aa raha. Section 54EC mein bond lena sahi hai ya phir naya flat jaldi buy karna better? Aur naye flat mein maintainence charges kitne realistically hote hain, especially for seniors? Koi experience share kar sakta hai kya?
