Sector 1, Noida Extension: Water situation reality check

I'm based in Dubai and planning to invest in Sector 1, Noida Extension. Heard it's good, but can't do a site inspection myself right now. How's the water supply situation *actually*? Municipal water aata hai ya tanker pe depend karna padta hai? Also, what about power cuts? How frequent are they, and do most apartments have decent DG backup? Need to figure out if I need a property manager just for these basic things. Anyone facing major issues?
