Sector 1 Noida ka industrial tag thoda confusing hai for residential buyers. I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Yahan pe plots ka kya scene hai compared to flats, especially given its older, industrial nature? Kya koi major upcoming development hai jo is area ka character change karega?
