Hi everyone, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 1, Noida. What do you think about the area's potential? Heard it's mostly industrial, but how's the connectivity to other sectors? Is it easy to get around? Also, what about safety there? Has anyone experienced any issues? Looking for genuine opinions before I make a decision. Any advice would be great! Traffic situation is a big concern in that area. Be prepared for delays during peak hours.
Are there any good schools or hospitals nearby? Considering future resale value.
Schools and hospitals are a bit far, you'll have to go to other sectors for that. Affects residential value more than commercial, I think.
I heard there are some new metro lines planned. Will they connect to Sector 1?
There's talk of extending the Aqua Line, U18, but nothing confirmed yet. That would definitely boost the area.
Overall, Sector 1 is a decent investment if you're looking for industrial or commercial property at a relatively lower price point compared to other sectors. But do your due diligence!
U10, Sector 62 is already pretty expensive though. Sector 1 might be a more affordable entry point.

Sector 1 is primarily industrial, that's true. But connectivity is decent via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Safety can be a concern late at night, especially in the more isolated areas.
I agree with U2. Sector 1 is good for industrial investments, but for residential, maybe look elsewhere. Connectivity is okayish, but traffic can be a pain during peak hours.
Future development plans toh government ke haath mein hai. But I heard they are planning some infrastructural improvements to ease traffic.
I used to work in Sector 1. Commuting was a hassle. Public transport is not that great.
